“I’m the district attorney of this city and let me be clear. If any ICE agent is going to come to Philly to commit crimes: get the F out of here. If you do that here, I will charge you for those crimes, and you will be arrested. You will stand trial. You will be convicted in state or federal court. You will do your time. Because Donald Trump can’t pardon you for a state court conviction. Do you hear me – ICE agents, National Guards, and military? The law applies to all of you. I know most of you are honest and decent law enforcement agents. This is not for you. This is for those who think they’re above the law.”
